How do streaks work?

A streak is the number of consecutive days you complete all your daily habits. If you complete every habit on your list for the day, your streak grows by one. Miss a day, and your streak resets — unless your Ninja Shield protects you.

What is the Ninja Shield?

The Ninja Shield is a safety net that automatically fills in a missed day so your streak doesn't break. You get one shield per week, and it activates automatically when needed. It's designed to help you maintain long-term consistency even when life gets busy.

How do Focus Limits block apps?

Focus Limits use Apple's Family Controls framework. When you enable them and select distracting apps, those apps are locked until you complete your daily habits. The list of blocked apps never leaves your device — we can't see it. You may be asked to grant Screen Time permission when setting this up.

I lost my progress. Can I recover it?

Disciplio stores your habit data locally on your device. If you uninstalled the app or restored your phone, some data may be recoverable from the leaderboard sync (score, streak, rank) but local habit details may be lost. Contact us at support@habiters.com with your approximate display name and we'll help investigate.

How do I appear on the global leaderboard?

Opt in through your Profile tab. Choose a display name and, optionally, an avatar. Your score and streak will be visible to other Disciplio users, but no personal information is shared.

What are the 6 performance metrics?

Discipline, Endurance, Momentum, and three more metrics track different aspects of your consistency. Each reflects a unique dimension of your habits — short-term intensity, long-term durability, recent activity, and more. They combine into your overall XP and rank.

Is Disciplio free? Are there ads?

Disciplio is completely free with no ads, no subscriptions, and no in-app purchases. We may introduce optional premium features in the future, but the core experience will always be free.

How do I delete my account and data?

To delete data stored on our servers (leaderboard profile, avatar, display name), email support@habiters.com with your display name. Local data is removed automatically when you uninstall the app.

What devices does Disciplio support?

Disciplio requires iOS 17.4 or later and runs on iPhone. A lock screen widget is included. iPad is not currently supported but may be added in a future update.
